His appointment strengthens the broker support CHL Mortgages provides in the region and brings the number of BDMs in its sales team to six.
Persaud joins the lender from Omega Commercial Solutions, where he worked as a broker.
He previously worked as a commercial broker at Go Finance and as a mortgage broker at Taylor Rose Financial Services.
Persaud (pictured) said: “I feel like my whole career has been building up to this point. I’m really looking forward to taking my previous experiences and things I’ve learnt along the way and applying them to a BDM role.”
