Alternative expands with BDM appointment
Alternative Bridging Corporation has appointed Wayne Marlton as a business development manager (BDM).

Marlton’s focus will be to secure new business and build relationships with mortgage brokers in Bristol and the surrounding areas.

Previously BDM at Key Solutions, Marlton has also worked as a mortgage consultant at Connells Estate Agents and Countrywide Mortgage Solutions and as a savings and investment adviser at Britannia Financial Services.

Jonathan Rubins, chief executive of Alternative, said: “Wayne’s appointment reflects Alternative’s ever expanding reach across the UK and our drive to provide fast and efficient service to brokers in all areas.

Wayne’s experience as an adviser and mortgage consultant will demonstrate to brokers that they are dealing with someone who speaks their language and can get them the deal they need.”

In October the firm hired Oblix Capital’s Steve Woods as BDM in the north of England.
