Fleet appoints South East BDM
Fleet Mortgages has appointed Paul Flude as business development manager (BDM) for the South East.

Flude (pictured) reports to sales director Ross Turrell, and will look after the buy-to-let and specialist lender’s relationships with advisers and intermediaries across the region.

He previously worked as a self-employed mortgage adviser. Prior to that Flude worked in estate agency and as a finance broker, before becoming a BDM with CHL Mortgages.

Fleet is an intermediary-only buy-to-let lender with products for individuals, limited companies and those looking to invest in Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Turrell said: “We are very pleased to have brought on board a BDM with significant experience in the role, as well as having worked as a mortgage adviser. This type of knowledge, and the strong contacts Paul already has, will I’m sure stand him in good stead as he develops his role within Fleet Mortgages.”

Last week Fleet announced the appointment of Andy Valvona as national account manager and in March appointed Matthew Cortes as BDM for East London, Essex and East Anglia.
