The Specialist Lending Event 2020 will feature a session dedicated to the impact of today’s General Election on landlords and the private rental sector.

With the post-election dust settling, Aldermore head of intermediary distribution Nick Parker (pictured) will explain what the results mean for this key part of the housing market.

Parker will assess what general environment landlords are facing in the buy-to-let market.

He will tackle the challenges and opportunities available and address what lenders are doing to support growth in this sector.
