Paul Adams (pictured), sales director, Pepper Money, will be hosting a session called ‘Adverse credit insights – how you can help more customers’.
During this session, Adams will discuss the borrowing needs and intentions of this market segment as well as the potential in opportunity it can bring brokers.
The Specialist Lending Event was launched in 2016 with the aim of informing brokers about this growing area of the market, to look at sectors which have not been catered for by mainstream lenders in recent years, and discuss how best they can place unusual cases and avoid turning business away.
At this year’s event, expert speakers will address the latest developments in those niche areas such as non-standard lending, complex buy to let, the self-employed market and the growing specialist first-time buyer niche.
A panel of the main specialist mortgage distributors and lenders will also discuss seconds, bridging and broader pressing issues of the day and invite questions from the audience.
