The business has hired eight new team members since the beginning of 2026 and made four internal promotions.
The company has been enhancing its product range for BTL landlords and recently launched a refurb product for landlords needing finance to undertake light refurbishment projects.

In the new RomaPRO team, Samantha Williamson has been promoted to commercial underwriting manager, with Eleanor Kenworthy and Isabel Robbins also stepping into enhanced underwriting roles and Stephen Barrick joining as a senior underwriter.
Scott Marshall (pictured), managing director of Roma Finance, said the creation of the team is “an important step for us, ensuring we can continue to support professional landlords and more complex cases with the expertise and focus they require”.

Alongside this, Roma Finance said Charlotte Rutter has been promoted to head of partnerships and marketing. Matthew Measures joins, while Gaynor Doran has been appointed head of people, supporting Roma Finance’s continued focus on culture, talent development and internal progression.
In addition, Hannah Tillyard-Smith is joining underwriting, while Bradley Barlow, Tovia Balo and Ronald Ivan Flores will strengthen portfolio management, and Amy Litherland joins as a business development executive.
Marshall said these hires and promotions “strengthen our leadership capability and support… our long-term growth plans”.
He added: “By combining internal progression with strategic hires, we’re building a team that can continue to deliver the service, flexibility and expertise our brokers and borrowers rely on.”
