In her role on the relationship management team, Gott will work closely with the lender’s broker network to “deliver fast, flexible, and property-secured loans to UK businesses ready to start, grow, or diversify”.
Gott was most recently business development consultant at 360 Law Services at its Darlington and Newcastle office. Before that, she was senior commercial finance specialist at Commercial Expert.
She has also spent around 18 years at Barclays.

Gott added: “I’m learning to think like a lender, but I can already see how valuable my broker perspective is. I think there’s real strength in wearing both hats as it helps with understanding and enables smarter conversations all around.”
