Burke has eight years of experience in the real estate and property finance sectors across a number of business functions.
West One Loans said she would bring her skill set to one of its busiest regions for bridging loans.
Burke was most recently in a similar role at Crystal Specialist Finance, overseeing the Central London and South of England regions. She has also held roles at Metro Bank and Connells Group.
At West One Loans, Burke will strengthen relationships with existing broker partners and grow the lender’s presence in the region through new business.
