He will report to Roz Cawood, managing director of property finance.
Satchell (pictured) was most recently director of sales for CapitalRise for around half a year. Before that, he spent over two years at Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB), most recently as sales director of bridging.
Prior to that, he worked at Together for nearly seven years, initially as commercial underwriting specialist, then as regional key account manager for London and the South East and then as specialist key account manager for London and the South.
He has also held senior roles at First 4 Bridging, Money Partners and Residential 1.
StreamBank said it was looking to grow its property finance offering for bridging and development finance, and was focusing on “deepening broker relationships and building on the distribution partnerships formed in 2025”.

Cawood said: “I’m delighted to welcome Lorenzo to StreamBank. He brings deep experience across specialist finance and a clear understanding of how brokers work in fast-moving markets.
“His appointment reflects our continued focus on service and relationships. Following the product changes made last year, our priority this year is to support brokers with clear products, quick decisions and a consistent, hands-on approach.”
Satchell added: “I’m delighted to be joining StreamBank at such an exciting stage in its growth. The bank has built a strong reputation in a short period of time for delivering a genuinely service-led approach to property finance, and that aligns closely with my own experience of supporting brokers with complex, time-sensitive cases.
“I’m very much looking forward to working closely with Roz and the wider team to deepen broker relationships, build on the momentum of our distribution partners and help further strengthen StreamBank’s proposition across bridging and development finance.”
StreamBank recently hired Josh Thompson as a senior underwriter and Emma Stone as a senior bridging underwriter.
