The funding will increase Integer’s capacity to finance property acquisitions and renovations, while expanding its lending offering.
Integer launched its lending in 2023 and operates through Integer Investments Europe and Integer Lending. It offers tailored bridging and development finance, and invests directly in affordable housing projects.
Its funding supports several activities, such as property refurbishments, auction purchases and houses in multiple occupation (HMO) conversions.
Aldermore worked with Integer to structure a bespoke funding solution to grow its lending group and support projects across the UK.
Steve Thorne, business development manager at Aldermore, said Integer had built a “strong business in a relatively short period of time”, and it was pleased to work with the team to provide a funding solution to support its growth.

Simon Lefevre, head of wholesale and structured finance at Aldermore, said the transaction reinforced “Aldermore’s commitment to supporting both established and emerging businesses across the property sector”.
Cristiano Bellavitis, founder of the Integer group, said: “Securing this £5m facility from Aldermore is an important milestone for Integer. As property investors ourselves, we understand the practical pressures borrowers face, from tight completion deadlines and renovation costs to projects that require a tailored approach.
“The facility will enable us to support more property investors and broker partners, expand our lending capacity and broaden our product offering over time. Aldermore’s understanding of specialist lending gives us a strong platform to grow while retaining the speed, flexibility and disciplined underwriting that differentiate Integer.”
