The lender has extended its use of the mortgage application platform nCino to improve its broker platform. In response to broker and colleague feedback, the portal now includes the ability to self-initiate and start new applications instantly.
It also has one form to capture all data and a function to enable brokers to pause an application and return to it at a later date.
The platform also has a feature to submit direct debit details without a signed mandate to save time.
The YBS Commercial Mortgages team will support brokers in navigating the changes.
Angela Norman, managing director for YBS Commercial Mortgages, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to offer these improvements to our portal, enhancing its capabilities to create a better overall application journey, which is both more efficient and intuitive, based on feedback from those who use it.
