The firm said it intends to trade on the main market of the LSE and the offer would comprise new shares to be issued by the company, with the intention to raise £50m of net proceeds.
Existing shares will be sold by the company’s existing sole shareholder, Marlin Bidco Limited.
Shares representing up to a further 15% of the offer would be made available to an over-allotment option.
The lender said that the indicative price range and size range for the offer will be disclosed in a prospectus expected to be published in mid-late October.
The final offer price will be determined following the publication of the prospectus and is expected to be announced in late October.

The firm confirmed the consideration to float on the LSE earlier this month, which came weeks after reports that the lender was in talks with investors.
The lender added that in the third quarter, its loan book had increased to £18.3bn as of 30 September, up from £17bn at the end of June.
Shawbrook said this was driven by a “strong level of organic originations”, which came to £1.5bn in Q3.
The growth was also aided by the “strategic acquisition” of the ThinCats group, which had a £600m loan book at completion.
Customer deposits also grew to £17.6bn during the period, up from £16.7bn in the prior period.
