He has 19 years of experience in banking and will help the firm to strengthen its presence in the region.
Hiddins began his career as a cashier in NatWest, before progressing to branch management and senior leadership roles.
He later specialised in business and commercial relationship banking.
Hiddins was most recently a senior relationship manager in NatWest’s commercial mid-market channel, where he led technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) across Wales.
At Watts Commercial Finance, he will use his experience to support businesses in Wales to access funding advice and a range of lenders.
