The lender said Let to Move will allow applicants to let their property while they move and offers brokers more options across its full buy-to-let (BTL) range.
This can work for customers who are relocating abroad, moving in with family or deciding their next steps.
Vida Homeloans said Let to Move supported both individual and portfolio landlords during periods of change.
The lender has also recently introduced consumer BTL and holiday BTL, which will support accidental and non-professional landlords as well as short-term rental investments in popular UK holiday destinations respectively.
Ross Williams, head of mortgage product management at Vida Homeloans, said: “Let to Move is a great example of how we’re listening to brokers and responding with solutions that reflect real customer journeys.
