Paul Smulovitch said: “It’s true – as a broker it’s about adding value.
“If the client can do it themselves and we are order taking then there is no value.
“However, working with a client to create a bespoke package that’s been tailored to meet the need and budget along with handling trust paperwork is where it is not about price but value and experience.”
