Just Mortgages promotes Panayi to divisional sales director
National mortgage broker firm Just Mortgages has promoted Tara Panayi to the role of divisional sales director.
In her role as the divisional sales director at the national mortgage broker firm, she will “leverage her expertise and experience to oversee and support both new and existing advisers in her region”.
Panayi will work alongside financial services directors and the senior management team at Just Mortgages, with a focus on growing the employed division and spearheading recruitment and development, along with day-to-day support as necessary.
She will also work closely with Darlows estate agency branches in Cardiff, South Wales and the wider region.
Panayi takes over from Gareth Lowndes, who was promoted to sales director of Just Mortgages’ client services division.
Panayi has worked at the national mortgage broker firm for around 13 years, initially joining as an executive senior mortgage consultant before becoming a mortgage manager in 2023.

Prior to that, she was a mortgage broker at Spicerhaart and a mortgage consultant at Principality Building Society.

The national mortgage broker firm recently hired Grant MacKay as its sales manager to grow its Scottish presence and appointed Zarah Gulfraz as its North area director.
