MPowered Mortgages has brought out a dedicated Whatsapp channel for brokers to provide another avenue of communication with its broker support teams.
The lender said that channel will offer a “forum in which MPowered’s broker support teams can update products in a timely manner, direct to brokers”.
Brokers can apply to be part of the channel by contracting their broker support team.
The firm recently launched an AI-backed marketing tool to create content for brokers looking to attract new business and engage existing customers and brought out CriteriaGPT which uses ChatGPT to answer complex criteria enquiries.
Matt Surridge (pictured), sales director of mortgages at MPowered Mortgages, said: “At MPowered Mortgages, we are constantly looking at ways we can improve the broker journey.
“Expanding our communication channels and going to where brokers are, is an important step that supports brokers with their day-to-day. Ultimately, we want to help brokers do the best job possible for their customers.”
