MPowered Mortgages has launched Marketing Assist which uses AI and large language models (LLM) to help create marketing content, such as social posts, in seconds.
The company claims that this will help brokers attract more customers and engage existing clients.
The tool combines LLMs, like ChatGPT and Claude, into a platform catered for the UK mortgage market to allow brokers to “create bespoke, professional content over an easy-to-use interface”.
Brokers can create social media posts, marketing emails, blog posts, website content and scripts for video blogs.
The company said that the broker feedback at the testing stage had been positive and the tool had now been rolled out nationwide.
Small broker firms have benefitted especially from the tool as they often may not have the resources to create a lot of content.
Matt Surridge (pictured), director of sales of MPowered Mortgages, said: “At MPowered Mortgages, we are constantly looking at ways we can improve the broker journey and help them grow their business using the power of AI, particularly large language models (LLM) like ChatGPT or Claude.
“For many smaller broker firms, content marketing is always on the to do list and we hope that our platform will help put marketing back on the agenda and enable brokers to produce an instant professional draft that brings their thoughts and advice to potential customers quickly.
“This new tool follows the launch of CriteriaGPT, our sophisticated chatbot which gives brokers answers to complex criteria questions circumventing the need to speak to the broker helpdesk.”
