In her role as BDM, she will drive new business to support the firm’s growth as Beagle Street targets intermediary distribution.
She will report to OneFamily’s head of distribution, Adam Cubitt, who joined the company earlier this year.
McKallip was most recently national support manager for Vitality for around a year. Before that, she was a protection adviser at Premier Plus for around two years.
Prior to that, she worked at Nationwide for around four years in various roles, most recently as a mortgage and protection adviser.
She also works as an ambassador for the Income Protection Task Force and Women in Protection Network.

OneFamily agreed to acquire Beagle Street in 2022, entering the broker market in 2025.
The firm recently appointed Claire Anam as senior BDM.
