Positive Lending agrees tie-in with Kensington Mortgages
Positive Lending has been appointed a specialist distributor with Kensington Mortgages which will give the packager access to the lender’s core product range and exclusive deals.

Northview Group director of sales and distribution Steve Griffiths (pictured) said he was excited to confirm the partnership with the Positive Lending team.

“Their specialist knowledge, quality and commitment towards helping those borrowers underserved by the high street made this a natural pairing for us in line with our objective to deliver lending for real life,” he said.

“We value finding experienced partners through whom we can develop our products and we look forward to deepening our relationship with Positive Lending, to help more of Britain’s underserved borrowers in the years ahead.”

Positive Lending director of mortgages James Byrn said: “Over the past 12 months we have significantly grown our mortgage desk and expanded our lender panel.

“At Positive, we are committed to helping customers who are typically underserved by the high street banks; in particular we pride ourselves on being able to place enquiries for customers with complex situations.

“With 22 years’ experience of specialist lending, Kensington is perfectly placed to help us help more borrowers with their residential and buy to let mortgage needs,” he added.
