Second Charge Lending
Recently launched second charge lender Interbridge Mortgages reports over £60m of lending
Second charge lender Interbridge Mortgages has lent over £60m in the three months since its launch and supported over 1,000 customers.
The lender said that these “accomplishments reflect an exceptional performance that has exceeded initial expectations in the highly competitive second charge mortgage market”.
Interbridge Mortgages entered the second charge market in May this year and offers second charge mortgages across England, Scotland and Wales.
The company said that its “market-leading technology” offers a “seamless, paperless application process, supported by expert underwriting”.
The firm added that it had secured a 4.8 rating on Trustpilot.
Since its launch, the company has partnered with Aro Money, made an application programming interface (API) integration with OMS and been added to Norton Broker Services’ lending panel.

Jonny Jones (pictured), CEO at Interbridge Mortgages, said: “Achieving these significant milestones after just three months of lending is a testament to the quality of our team, our broker partners and their swift, dynamic approach in rolling out our products.
“We recognise that Trustpilot reviews reflect not only on our performance but also on our brokers, and the overwhelmingly positive feedback regarding our efficiency, friendliness, and flexibility speaks volumes.
“As I reflect on our time since launch, I do so with pride and excitement. This is just the beginning of our journey at Interbridge, as we aim to grow the market by shining a light on how second charge can often be the best outcome for a customer.”
The group consists of two lending propositions: Interbridge Mortgages, which offers second charges on UK property, and Interbridge Europe, which offers bridging finance on property across Europe.
