He joined Market Harborough Building Society in 2023 as its intermediary mortgage sales specialist.
Parmar will be part of the lender’s team of two telephone BDMs under the management of Michaela Moran, help desk team lead.
They will work with the mutual’s field-based BDMs to assist brokers with complex mortgage case queries. Last month, it made two appointments to its field-based BDM team.
