The company has a particular interest in development opportunities in London zones 1-3 valued between £1m and £20m.
Iron Bridge London will acquire sites either unconditionally or subject to planning and will also consider joint ventures, development agreements and equity participation.
It launched with the construction of its first Iron Bridge branded scheme – a £40m 44-home development in Angel, London, which is already underway.
Iron Bridge London was established by Lance Joseph (pictured), founder of Iron Bridge Finance, and brings together an experienced team spanning property finance, development, planning, architecture and residential sales.
The senior team includes chief executive Edward Alexson, Oliver Pattni as project director, Marc Delane as director of development, director of sales Jonathan Werth and architect Katerina Dionysopoulou. The team is supported by planning non-executives with experience of the London planning system.

Joseph, founder and chair of Iron Bridge London, said: “Launching Iron Bridge London is an exciting and natural next step for us. Over many years, we’ve invested in hundreds of developments and worked alongside developers through different property and economic cycles, and we understand what makes developments work.”
