Cowan joined Hope Capital Property Finance in 2019 as finance director and was promoted to CFO in 2023. In that role, she worked closely with CEO Jonathan Sealey and helped to shape the strategic direction of the business, focusing on sustainable commercial growth.
In her time at Hope Capital Property Finance, Cowan has led investment initiatives and played a key role in the development and launch of innovative products. She was also instrumental in Hope Capital Property Finance’s record-breaking performance last year, such as the 61% growth of its loan book.
As CFOO, Cowan will continue to lead the finance department and oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, while enhancing operational efficiencies.
Cowan (pictured) said: “I’m incredibly proud to step into the role of CFOO at such an exciting time for the business. Having been part of Hope Capital Property Finance’s journey for several years, I’ve seen first-hand how the team, the culture and the proposition have evolved.
“My focus will be on strengthening our operational foundations, supporting growth and ensuring we continue to deliver an exceptional service to our broker partners and clients.”
