Keystone Property Finance has hired two business development managers (BDMs) as it continues to grow and scale.

Golbarg Eraghi and Michelle Braham have joined the specialist buy-to-let (BTL) lender, covering the West London and the South West regions respectively. The lender said their appointments would strengthen its regional broker support.

Eraghi joins from Parkside Private Finance, where she worked as a mortgage and protection adviser, covering residential and specialist cases.

Braham previously worked at Kensington Mortgages, where she held a number of roles across servicing and sales. She worked as a servicing specialist before becoming a telephone BDM, working closely with intermediaries to support complex case enquiries.

Both Eraghi and Braham are CeMAP qualified and will work closely with brokers in their respective regions.

Elise Coole, managing director of Keystone Property Finance, said: “Our BDMs play a crucial role in how brokers experience Keystone, and both Golbarg and Michelle bring with them indispensable experience and an intuitive understanding of brokers’ needs.

“As we continue to grow, it’s vital that we maintain a high level of support for our brokers, and these appointments will help ensure we can continue to deliver the excellent service that intermediaries have come to expect from us.”

Coole added: “With increased lending capacity and continued investment across the business, expanding our broker-facing team is a natural next step and an important part of our wider growth strategy. Golbarg and Michelle’s appointments are a clear reflection of that.”

These appointments come after Keystone Property Finance announced a new funding line with an investment bank to boost its lending capacity and enable the lender to grow.
