TML partners with specialist packager Select Partnership

The move aligns the lender with specialists such as Norton Finance and Connect for Intermediaries, which also recently partnered with the packager.

TML offers first and second charge mortgages and has a range of impaired credit products.

It recently launched a fee-assisted remortgage product aimed at borrowers with complex finances, which has a starting rate of 3.41% and comes without arrangement or transfer fees. TML’s tracker rates currently start at 1.98%.

The Select Partnership managing director Shaun Vickery said: “We know through experience that the number of borrowers who don’t fit the narrow criteria of high street lenders is growing, so we are delighted to add TML to our list of lenders and broaden the choice available to them.”

Based in Chester, the Select Partnership is a first and second charge distributor that specialises in placing financially complex applications.
