Brightstar Group posts record turnover of £12.6m
The Brightstar Group has posted a 21 per cent growth in its turnover for 2022, marking a record performance for the group.
This exceeded the previous year’s record of £10.4m.
Lending across the businesses, which include Brightstar Financial and Sirius Property Finance, came to £1.52bn, up from £1.2bn in 2021. The group’s headcount also increased by 5.5 per cent, lower than last year’s 15.9 per cent expansion.
Despite its strong performance, the group cautioned that the outlook for the market would be challenging. However, it still expects its lending to rise to £1.78bn and its turnover to see a 6.2 per cent annual increase by the end of 2023.

“Against this backdrop, we are more cautious about our growth forecasts in 2023, but we remain confident that our stand-out proposition will continue to win market share and we still expect to grow our lending and our turnover despite the challenging outlook for the next 12 months.”
