Mortgage advice firm Capricorn Financial Consultancy will increase its international partnership with wealth manager St James’s Place (SJP) after several years of collaboration in Singapore.
Capricorn will be on SJP’s mortgage panel to cover the wealth manager’s “key international territories”. Capricorn currently works in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.
The expansion of the partnership with SJP will work to “progress the consultancy’s ongoing global expansion”.
Capricorn Financial Consultancy has been growing its team, hiring Jeremy Law as chief commercial officer and Lynette Scott as head of people.
It has also joined Fiducia as advice and recommendation service.
Law said: “We are delighted to build on our international partnership with SJP, with which we have considerable synergy given our shared focus on providing high quality support, globally.
“We have operated in Asia for a number of years now and are pleased to be able to further support SJP’s presence there with our existing offices in Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as our new sites.”
Tony Mudd, divisional director and technical consultancy at SJP, added: “We have worked with Capricorn for a number of years now and are very pleased to be collaborating further as we look to boost our presence in Asia.
“We are dedicated to providing the best financial advice we can to our clients across the world – and can say with absolute certainty that Capricorn is perfectly placed to help us continue to deliver on this goal across our overseas markets.”
