Envelop adds Bank of Ireland to lending panel
Envelop Network has added Bank of Ireland to its panel of lenders.

The network rebranded last year, from F4B Network.

The move means that members of the Envelop Network will have access to Bank of Irelands’ range of both residential and buy-to-let mortgage products.

These include its First Start mortgage, where buyers can combine their income with that of a sponsor in order to boost their borrowing power. It is available not only to first-time buyers but also those who have been out of the market for a while, or who need to buy a property on their own if their personal circumstances have changed.

Steve Swyny (pictured), commercial director at The Envelop Network, said that Bank of Ireland’s proposition for brokers had “evolved greatly” in recent years, noting they provide a range of solutions to meet “ever-changing borrowing demands”.

He continued: “This is certainly apparent in the growth of its bespoke product range and this lending facility offers an individual underwriting approach which I’m sure that many of our ARs and their clients will benefit from in the wake of a rising number of complex cases we are seeing across the residential and buy-to-let markets.”
