Co-founder and managing director of Sirius property Finance, Nicholas Christofi (pictured), has relinquished his shareholding in the firm in a pre-agreed arrangement.
With this change, Christofi will leave the company after three years along with minority shareholder Leoni Alexandrou.
A statement said: “Both Nicholas and Leoni have contributed much to the growth of Sirius since joining and the Brightstar Group wishes them well in their new venture. They will leave to start a new business along with other personnel as part of a pre-planned and agreed arrangement.”

Nicholas Christofi, outgoing MD of Sirius Property Finance said: “I would like to thank Rob and the team for all their combined efforts in supporting the success and development of Sirius since I first joined back in 2016. I am looking forward to beginning an exciting new venture outside of the Brightstar Group.”
The statement said: “The new management team is already in place at Sirius and further details will be confirmed in due course.”
