
In his role at Finova, Mrotzek will “oversee managed services, operational resilience and security and risk”. This will enhance the company’s ability to support its roster of 70 live lenders.
The firm said the appointment reinforced its “commitment to running its operations to the highest standards, ensuring robust risk management, security, and resilience for its growing customer base”.
Mrotzek previously worked at Redwood Bank for around four years, initially joining as programme manager and then becoming operations director, then chief information and technology officer.
He has also held senior roles at Bank of England and Lloyds Banking Group.
