The Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA) has made SNM Bridging Finance its latest lender member.

SNM Bridging Finance offers residential, commercial and semi-commercial bridging and specialist services in supporting “time-critical funding needs”, including property purchases, development projects and cash flow requirements.

The BDLA currently has more than 50 lender members, with a collective loan book of over £13.7bn. Its total membership, including associate firms, is approaching 100.

Adam Tyler, CEO of the BDLA, said: “We are pleased to welcome SNM Bridging Finance as the latest lender member to join the BDLA. As our membership continues to grow, our shared voice becomes stronger and our ability to support best practice across the sector increases.

“We look forward to working with SNM Bridging Finance, alongside our other members, as we continue to engage with key stakeholders and ensure the bridging and development finance sector remains responsible, robust and well-represented.”

Sumith Jayasingha, director at SNM Bridging Finance, added: “We are delighted to join the BDLA and become part of a community focused on strengthening and supporting the specialist property finance market.
