Mortgage Brain onboards Mortgage Force and Affinity Group to Mortgage Brain Hub

Technology provider Mortgage Brain has onboarded Mortgage Force and Affinity Group to its Mortgage Brain Hub.

Brokers from both companies can access all five Mortgage Brain modules. This includes Sourcing, Criteria, Affordability, Submissions and CRM.

Mortgage Brain said the overall number of onboarded users on the hub has now risen to 2,000 since its official launch in September.

The firm developed a bespoke onboarding programme with both firms to ensure that all users’ needs were addressed.

Mortgage Brain said it had invested in a multi-channel training approach, with live webinars, video guides, articles and live chat support available.

It added that the Mortgage Brain Hub had created a “fully joined-up way of working” and would reduce duplication and lead to faster case progression.
