At 75 per loan-to-value (LTV) for loans between £350,000 and £1m, landlords can access an interest rate of 3.60 per cent.
The deal includes a free mortgage valuation and comes with a £3,500 product fee and £299 application fee fixed regardless of the loan amount.
The new deal joins the option for single self-contained (SSC) properties launched in December 2020.
