This brings the total number of affiliate members to 20, which includes Howden, Reallymoving and Coadjute.
Pexa was established in 2010 in Australia and has recently launched in the UK. In Australia, the firm has facilitated over 13 million property transactions worth close to $2trn.
The bespoke platform in the UK has a focus on digital remortgage and works to streamline the property exchange process by working with lenders, HM Land registry and legal and conveyancing firms.
In August, Pexa confirmed two lenders had joined its platform, Hinckley and Rugby Building Society and Shawbrook Bank. The firm said that there are plans to bring out a sale and purchase platform in 2024.

Being an affiliate member offers firms the opportunity to engage through events and meetings, providing special offers, branding on promotional material, advertising though newsletters and merchandising material.
