John Charcol enters referral partnership with Propp

Through the partnership, the brokerage will refer the enquiries it receives for commercial mortgages to Propp’s team. This will give clients access to the commercial rates online. 

The Propp team will assess applications on a case-by-case basis. 

The website allows clients to compare commercial mortgage products and rates, then they can apply for a product on the platform. 

Propp is headed by chief executive Peter Williams, who has experience in mortgage advising and previously worked at John Charcol as a sales director from 2016 to 2018.
