Brightstar makes two senior promotions and bolsters recruitment

In her role, May will oversee the day-to-day running of Brightstar Financial and Sirius sales support teams.

May has worked at Brightstar since 2018, initially joining as case manager, and has been promoted twice during her tenure. Prior to that, she was a senior administrator at Advance Wealth.

Cappaert will oversee the group’s business development strategy and has been with the firm since 2021. He initially joined as a national account manager and before that was chief executive of charity Challenging MND for around two years.

The company has also added three team administrators to the team, Rianna Byom, Connor Lam and Paul Killington, which it said will “provide greater capacity for growth and help maintain the group’s reputation for providing consistently outstanding service”.
