Poll: If bridging lenders used an ESIS would you write more short-term loans?

Simply Biz chief executive Martin Reynolds recently floated the idea that if bridging lenders wanted wider acceptance in the mainstream broker market, they should consider using the European Standardised Information Sheet (ESIS).

If all bridging lenders issued an ESIS would you recommend more short-term loans?
