Finanze launches lending division to offer ‘tailored bridging facilities’
Finance property solutions firm, Finanze Group, has launched a lending division which will offer “bespoke lending solutions.”

The arm, called Finanze Capital, will act as the lending arm of the group and offer “tailored bridging and development finance facilities”.

The team will be headed up by Molly Markey, who was previously lending operations manager for Arbuthnot Latham Specialist Finance.

The company said that the division was “timely” as people would be able to access “custom property finance solutions” that may not be available elsewhere due to turbulent market conditions.

The deals include standard fast open market value bridging, SSAS development finance and revolving credit facilities, title split finance which allow up to 100 per cent of purchase price funding.

Foreign nationals can also access “experience-building bridging loans” to buy property which will simultaneously improve their credit history. Loans for these products start at £25,000 and go up to £1.5m.

There are also commercial bridge to lease and development to let facilities available. After works are completed the property will be moved onto fixed competitive 2/3 term loans designed for asset stabilisation. Loans for these products will start at £1m and go up to £25m.

The firm is inviting brokers to register as introducers to access these products and the lender will provide training on how they work and ideas to market them.

‘Creating custom solutions for customers’

Finanze Group founder Alastair Hoyne said: “We set up Finanze Group to offer the kind of financing solutions you simply won’t find anywhere else, and Finanze Capital will allow us to channel this vision by increasing the reach of our solutions.”

“What we’re doing at Finanze Capital is unique. No one else in the market is providing these options.”

He added: “Instead of providing generic financial packages that people have to adapt to, we’re creating custom solutions that fit around the client. Our USP is a bespoke service that goes the extra mile and gives the client exactly what they need.

Markey added: “We’re looking to really establish ourselves as one of the go-to funding partners across the country over the coming year, building a bigger team and helping as many people as possible.”
