Market Financial Solutions becomes IMLA member
Specialist bridging and buy-to-let provider Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has joined the Intermediary Mortgage Lenders Association (IMLA) as a full member.

The trade body now comprises a combined total of 70 members, including 54 full members and 16 associate members.

The lender will be represented at IMLA meetings by MFS’ chief mortgage officer Mike Cook.

MFS was founded in 2006 and offers bridging loans and buy-to-let mortgages, the latter of which it launched into last year.

The lender is aiming to grow its loan book to around £1.5bn by the end of this year, reaching the £1bn milestone earlier this year.

Kate Davies, executive director of IMLA, said: “It is a pleasure to welcome MFS as the latest full member of IMLA. MFS has established itself as a reputable and innovative lender that understands the importance of working closely with intermediaries to deliver the best outcomes for borrowers.

“We look forward to working with them as they join the discussion on key business issues facing intermediary-based mortgage lenders.”

Paresh Raja, CEO of MFS, added: “We are excited to have joined IMLA and to have the opportunity to collaborate with other industry professionals to shape the future of the intermediary lending market.

“As a lender that works regularly with intermediaries to distribute our products, we recognise the importance of engaging with organisations like IMLA to ensure we are delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.”
