Finanze Capital joins Connect for Intermediaries’ lender panel

By being appointed to the panel, Connect’s 300 Appointed Representative (AR) firms can access the lender’s bridging and development finance product.

Finanze Capital was launched in 2023 to offer “bespoke lending in a turbulent marketplace”.

The lender has signed a one-year deal with Connect for Intermediaries so its tailored bridging and custom financial solutions available exclusively to Connect for Intermediaries.

Products that the lender offer include Hunter Licence revolving credit facilities; title split products for multiple properties; bridging loans with a guaranteed exit; and experience bridge loans that give UK foreign nationals a chance to purchase property and improve future lending rates even if they don’t have a credit history.
