Ultimate Finance grows relationship manager team
Asset-based lender Ultimate Finance has added six new relationship managers to its team across the country as part of its “commitment to offer a regional service model” to meet broker and customer needs.

The lender has added Daniel Iwanczuk to the Midlands team, who joins Eve Waterman, Dawn Brown, Deborah Dewell, Rachel Goodfield and Ralph Redpath who joined the relationship team earlier this year.

Iwanczuk joins from Zodeq where he was a relationship manager for just under a year and was at Skipton Business finance before that for around 14 years.

Waterman previously worked at Satago for under a year as a portfolio risk manager, working as a trust administrator at Foster Denovo Private Wealth in her previous role.

Brown joins the firm from Pulse Cashflow Finance where she worked for around two years as a senior client manager and prior to that worked at Paragon for around five years as a relationship manager.

Dewell works at Virgin Money as a relationship manager for invoice finance for two years after working at Clydesdale Bank in the same role for around 12 years.

Goodfield previously worked at Metro Bank as a relationship manager and prior to that worked at Ultimate Finance for around eight years.

Redpath formerly worked at Metro Bank for around eight years with time at Santander and Barclays also on his CV.

Ultimate Finance said that the hires complement an “highly experienced team” with some relationship managers working with the firm for years.

The company has recently achieved a record loan book size of £300m, which it partially attributed to “dedicated support and personalised service to the growing client base”.
