The sessions will give brokers insights into the economic landscape and how it is shaping the competitiveness of the specialist lending market, the changing broker-lender relationship, as well as the role of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation in the customer journey.
In a new addition this year, there will be roundtable discussions, which will give brokers the chance to hear directly from lenders on the latest developments in specialist lending, key trends and regulation and innovative product developments.
Attendees will also have the chance to network with like-minded brokers and key lenders in the space, enabling them to grow their connections and share best practices.

The roadshow comes at a time when reports have emerged that the value of the second charge market surpassed £2bn annually in 2025 for the first time since 2005, potentially equalling bridging in terms of size.
Further, more brokers have reported a rise in adverse credit, meaning that specialist lending will only grow in importance.
Danielle Moore, managing director of AE3 Media, said: “The specialist lending sector is a key and ever-growing component of the mortgage market. It is becoming an increasingly important tool for brokers to have in their toolbox and The Specialist Lending Event offers a chance for attendees to upskill, network and make connections.”
