Precise restructures sales team and appoints two BDMs to southern regions

The lender has moved former BDMs Dan Watson and Stephen Wrigley into new specialist distribution manager for bridging roles to provide nationwide support for its bridging proposition.

As a result, it has hired two BDMs to fill the vacant broker support roles covering the South East, South West and South Wales areas.

Peter Coombs was previously a mortgage broker while Stuart Ottery (pictured above) joined from Coventry Building Society.

Ottery, who was a BDM at Coventry BS and previously worked for Principality BS, will be responsible for brokers in the Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Exeter, Gloucester, Newport, Oxford, Swansea, Swindon and Taunton areas.

Coombs (pictured left) will cover the Brighton, Bromley, Croydon, Canterbury, Dartford, Rochester, Redhill, South East London and Tunbridge Wells postcodes.

Precise Mortgages head of sales Jamie Pritchard said he was delighted to welcome Peter and Stuart to the team.
