YBS Commercial hires Wraith as new relationship director

Wraith joins from Santander, where he has worked for over a decade in various roles. This includes real estate finance director, relationship manager for corporate banking and corporate healthcare relationship manager.

Prior to that he worked at Natwest for around six years, most recently as senior business manager and, before that, a customer advisor and service manager.

He also worked at Barclays for around three years where he was manager of start-ups and small business.

He will be based in YBS Commercial Mortgages office on Merchant Street in Bristol and will cover the South West.

Wraith will work closely alongside fellow relationship directors in the region, including Sue Lewis, Kayleigh Parry and Lucy Partridge who joined in July.

He will also work alongside relationship managers Molly McCleary and Joshua Barrett.

YBS Commercial has been growing its team across the UK, recently hiring Emily Lynch as relationship manager for its Midlands team and Jennifer Guy as relationship director for its North team.
