The bridging finance team made up 30 per cent of completions at the master broker firm in 2018.
Crystal also said that key performance indicators saw the average time from application to completion down by 12 per cent, and a lower average monthly interest rate across completed deals with 14 separate lenders.
Smith said the bridging market was continuing to perform well, adding that she was looking forward to building on the foundations already laid at the firm.
