Tandem Bank appoints Morris as key distribution director

In his role, Morris will oversee building intermediary mortgage business and leading the team. He will report directly to Steve Beard, who is the managing director of the mortgage division.

Morris left OSB Group in August this year, having worked at the firm for around 12 years.

Morris initially worked at Precise Mortgages and helped build the specialist lender firm, and then with its integration into OSB Group.

He held the role of group distribution director at OSB Group and then was director of group lending engagement.

Before joining OSB Group, he was a sales and marketing director for just over two years at Affirmative Mortgages and previously worked at em-financial as managing director for around eight years.
