Hilltop Credit Partners hires trio to team
Hilltop Credit Partners has appointed Lawson Conroy, Charles Fletcher and Aden Samuels to its team to “position the business to execute and deliver at greater scale”.

Conroy will take on the role of head of the asset management team, and has over 20 years of experience in “originating, managing and re-structuring real estate loan books, including senior and mezzanine finance, securitisations and club transactions”.

He joins the company from Lloyds Bank, where he worked as a consultant.

Fletcher will be the vice president of origination and will identify new lending opportunities.

He was previously head of transactions at Sqft Capital, and before that was head of development finance at Cogress.

Samuels will be an association for executive and monitoring and will provide “structuring, execution and monitoring support across the life cycle of Hilltop’s portfolio of development loans”.

He previously worked at Hampshire Trust Bank (HTB), Mizrahi Tefahot Bank and Zorin Finance.

Paul Oberschneider, CEO and founder of Hilltop Credit Partners, said: “We value the expertise of our team to support our partners throughout the development journey, whilst providing long-term value for investors.

“We are delighted to welcome Charles, Lawson and Aden to the team. They bring a wealth of experience that will help us continue to grow our lending activity across the UK development market.”

Lawson Conroy, head of execution and monitoring at Hilltop Credit Partners, added: “Hilltop impresses with its agile partnership approach and expertise to deliver high-quality real estate through asset-focused finance strategies. I’m very excited to be joining the team, and I believe we have an interesting pipeline ahead of us.”

The lender recently appointed George Craven as a senior construction and development advisor and has hired Claudiu Gheorghita as its chief investment officer.
