Specialist buy-to-let lender Quantum Mortgages has appointed Gary Dean as its first field sales business development manager (BDM) to cover the North of England.
Dean has a decade of experience in the financial services sector, having joined from Keystone Property Finance where he was a BDM for five years. Before this, he worked Together as a relationship manager for almost two years and Santander as a BDM for three years.
His appointment follows a series of hires at the lender this year, including the recruitment of Harsha Dahyea as its national sales manager and Claire Coulson-Joy as its marketing and customer experience manager.
Dahyea said: “Gary brings many years of experience as a relationship manager within a specialist market and subsequent business development manager role from a reputable business. We are delighted that he is joining us at Quantum Mortgages.”
Dean added: “I am excited to start with Quantum Mortgages and look to build on the great reputation they have gained since inception in early 2022. I will use my experience in the specialist buy-to-let market to assist intermediaries with their enquiries and help them provide solutions.”
