IFAs are suffering from ‘password overload,’ according to a survey of 185 IFAs carried out by Origo, the e-business standards body for the financial services industry. It found 42% have to remember more than 15 passwords to carry out business online. Just over 10% have to remember more than 30 passwords to enter providers’ extranets.
